We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our company. As part of our marketing team, you will create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in web, social media, and print applications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver quality design concepts for multichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating client needs and communication strategies into clear design execution. They will possess strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and pitch design concepts with audience understanding and business knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, print collateral, advertisements, and presentations ensuring they are optimized for their respective platforms.
  • Ability to refine images, typography and layouts and design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather design requirements, understand project objectives, and deliver visually engaging designs that meet business goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all design elements align with the client’s visual identity and guidelines.
  • Conduct design research and gather relevant information to support the ideation and design process.
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and design projects.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
  • Work through client revisions and requests in a positive and flexible manner.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Obtain approval of proposed concepts and finalize projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including website designs, social media graphics, motion, and print materials.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects & Premiere)
  • Proficient in standard business software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel or similar Google Office applications
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, content, web development teams and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with Email applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

  • Knowledge of graphic file formats (.eps, .tiff, .jpg, etc.) and when to use them.
  • Ability to design for social and digital platforms.
  • Ability to design for websites, landing pages, and email applications.
  • Familiarity with community engagement concepts and aligning brand representation across communication channels.
